This must see video shows the controlled demolition of a cluster of buildings all falling into each other.  The entire video is only 33 seconds, but it includes 3 different aerial perspectives. 

What probably took many years of work by commercial contractors, took only seconds to demolish.  This is waterfront property, so hopefully the site will be replaced with energy efficient buildings.
